Coach Betsabe Esparza is the accomplished head coach and owner of Black Widow MMA . With over a decade of extensive experience in the martial arts, Esparza brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her team.

Coach Bitsy has trained with Thai legends Saekson Janjira, Kaensak, Jongsanan and Neungsiam. She has also worked with top MMA fighters and coaches like Kru Bob Perez, Cris Cyborg, Evangelista Cyborg, Valentina and Antonina Schevchenko, Paulo Tocha, Kevin Ross, Gina Carano and many more.

Coach Bitsy is also a coach for Team USA under the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation.
