Youth MMA
Black Widow MMA kids classes are designed to help with coordination and interaction with peers, teach respect and compassion, build patience, perseverance and dedication.
Taught by our professional instructors the classes build confidence in your children. For ages 6 to 16, the classes teach basic skills in Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai; all in a safe environment.
Muay Thai
Black Widow MMA trains fighters of all ages for Muay Thai. We offer the opportunity to train for all skill levels including beginners, to active competitors. We work with your goals whether you want to learn self defense, or simply stay active as a great way to stay in shape.
Women's Muay Thai
Black Widow MMA Women's Muay Thai classes are fun, friendly, and empowering sessions that welcomes all women from the community to learn this amazing art!
Jiu jitsu (No-Gi)
Black Widow MMA offers No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, similar to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, except no kimono traditional wear. The sport is often called grappling.
BJJ No-Gi is a ground fighting discipline that starts from a standing position, and where the BJJ fighters wear shorts and a rash guard. Transitions are easier and smoother due to less friction between the individuals. It is a very popular global sport, and all skill levels are encouraged to join!
MMA
Black Widow MMA offers Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), sometimes referred to as cage fighting, no holds barred (NHB), and ultimate fighting. Audiences from around the globe know this sport as Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Bellator, or OneChampionship. You will have the opportunity to learn various techniques by incorporating several familiar martial arts, including Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, JiuJitsu, Wrestling, and other art forms from around the world.
